Shipping policy
1. In general,
Unless if there is any technical issue with in the system in reference to the stock availability, the product should be ready to dispatch at the time of the order. If you happen to experience such behavior, we will contact you and do the needful accordingly. Either, you can await for stock to fill or you would like us to process the refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are listed on the check out. The price varies upon time to time. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Classicpep offers Free standard delivery (5 to 7 days time) for the purchase of $50 or over. You could choose express shipping (free of cost) when checking out if you purchase the product of $100 or over.
3. Delivery Time within Australia
Normally, a parcel takes between 2 - 7 days for delivery** upon the discretion of courier company.
4. Dispatch Time
Customer will get notified when the dispatch is done. Generally, we will dispatch within 2 business days after we receive the order. The team will contact customer on the provided mobile number or email if there is any delays or issues.
5. Change Of Delivery Address
Once the parcel is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. However, we can always update the address prior dispatching the order. If you happen to change address after we dispatch the order, an additional fees may incurred (shipping cost) as the courier company will still charge the shipping cost if we redirect the parcel to our store.
6. Items Out Of Stock
We generally, do not accept order while there is no stock. If that happens, we can either process for refund, or we can dispatch when the stock is available *Depending on what suits you most
7. Exceeded expected delivery time
You can always check with the courier company with the provided tracking details if the expected delivery time times exceeded. Please contact us if you need any assistance.
8. Tracking Link or communication
Tracking details with the link gets sent to our customer when the parcel is dispatched from our end.
9. Parcels Damaged In Transit
Most likely due to the nature of jewels, and the way courier company handles the parcels, sometimes you may come across damaged product. Please contact us via email contactclassicpep@gmail.com for further steps and one of us will get in touch with you at your provided contact details.
10. Product goods Tax
The tax has already been applied to the listed price in the website.
11. Cancellations
Upon the parcel is dispatched, we cannot cancel your order. Prior dispatch, we can cancel the order**Please check our refund policy.
12. Insurance
Parcels are generally insured within the courier company for the value of the products.
13. Process for parcel damaged in-transit
The refund will be processed once we get final outcome of the investigation from the courier company.
